The New Zealand Association for Training and Development is the professional association for workplace learning and performance / training and development specialists in New Zealand.

NZATD's aims are to:

• Foster the development of professional competence and high standards of performance in training and development.
• Promote understanding of training and development and its contribution to the performance of individuals and organisations.

In the spirit of these aims, we brought to you the 2010 conference. The format was similar to the 2008 conference with preconference keynote workshops on May 26th followed by the two-day conference May 27th & 28th. By all accounts the 2010 conference was a fantastic success.
